BYLICKI MAKSYMILIAN

         He graduated from the Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw in the piano class of prof. A.Stefański. During the years 1982-1996 he was a lecturer at the Chopin Academy of Music and the Chopin State Music School of 2nd degree in Warsaw. In 1997 he received the title of Master of Business Administration University of Calgary. He was a co-organizer of the International Master Courses in Łańcut, a member of the Strategic Management Society Purdue University in the USA and for many years a Vice-President of the Management Board of the Section of Teachers SPAM. In the years 1990-2001 he held managerial positions in the Ministry of Culture. As a director of the Center for Arts Education he formed a system of artistic education in Poland. He worked on the issues of culture management combining artistic experience with the experience in the management of public administration, as well as with the market enterprises. He held the position of a director of the Polish Mobile Communications "Centertel", a director of Netia Holdings SA, a President of the Supervisory Board of Polkomtel SA and the Vice-President of KGHM Polish Copper. Since August 2008 he is the director in IBM Poland.
